Z food across the world 1995-1999 Z food across the world Arriving in town a few days before the performance, I did a quick study of local food customs, focusing specially on junk and fast food. From my observations I made a video, a live experiment and a song, which were presented to the public. At the end of the performance, customised food based on a local recipe was offered to the audience.
