In London today, getting the old Singing Compost ready for the Doing Ecology Otherwise conference, organised by the Centre for Art and Ecology at Goldsmiths University on 11th and 12th September 2026.

 

I came with a soldering iron and electronic repair kit, expecting to have to restart the Singing Compost, but it was working fine, clicking away in the traffic noise.

 

Looking forward to two days of talks , workshops and performances that explore ecosocial change from an art and ecology perspective.
